Brainspotting Therapy
Sometimes you know what happened, understand it logically, and still feel stuck. Brainspotting offers a way to gently explore what’s happening beneath the surface, especially when words don’t quite capture it.
By using your visual field and paying attention to what you notice in your body, Brainspotting can help you connect with emotions and experiences that may be difficult to access through talking alone. We move at your pace, creating space for your mind and body to process what you’ve been carrying.
Brainspotting may be helpful for anxiety, overwhelm, stress, trauma, shame, or simply feeling like something is keeping you from moving forward.
“Where you look affects how you feel.”
